November Book Discussion Group

On Saturday, November 18, from 10:15 to 11:30 a.m. we will be discussing The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane by Lisa See. This thrilling new novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Lisa See explores the lives of a Chinese mother and her daughter who has been adopted by an American couple. It is a powerful story about a family separated by circumstances, culture, and distance and celebrates the bond that connects mothers and daughters. Beth Frerking will be leading the discussion.

We partner with the Nashville Public Library and hold our meetings at the Richland Park Library on Charlotte Avenue. During the last few minutes of each meeting, everyone will have a chance to share information about any interesting books that they have read during the past few months.
