Volunteers Needed – Coffee with Authors

We’re preparing for Coffee with Authors (formerly Breakfast with Authors) to be held Saturday, October 13 at the Downtown Public Library, and we need some help.

On Friday, October 12, at 9:30 a.m. we’ll be setting up the coffee room, plating the food, and stuffing the goody bags with books, etc.

On Saturday morning, October 13 at 8:30 a.m. we’ll be setting out the food, registering folks, giving them coffee, and ushering those who pre-registered to the auditorium. We need help at the auditorium doors, too.

After the panel discussion, which ends at 11:00 a.m., we’ll be handing out the goody bags and cleaning out our things since there are sessions immediately following our event.

Let me know if you can help with any or all of this. We appreciate you! Please e-mail me.

Thanks, Lee
